National University of Study and Research in Law

The National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi is a premier national law university established in 2010 under the Jharkhand National University of Study and Research in Law Act. Located in the capital city of Jharkhand, NUSRL was created to address the growing demand for quality legal education in eastern India. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in law, with its flagship five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program being the most sought-after. NUSRL follows the standard National Law University (NLU) model with rigorous curriculum, moot court training, and emphasis on clinical legal education.
