Shipping & delivery policy

Gyan.One sells digital products only — career-map packs, deep college access, and 1:1 expert sessions. There are no physical goods to ship. This page describes how each of those is delivered after purchase.
Digital-only service
We do not sell any physical merchandise. Every purchase activates account-level access to features on gyan.one or schedules a session — nothing ships to a physical address.
Pack activation (Map Pack & Explorer Pack)
- –Activation — packs activate instantly upon successful Razorpay payment confirmation. The new entitlements are available on your account within 30 seconds.
- –Confirmation — you'll receive a payment receipt by email from Razorpay and an in-app indicator that your pack is active.
- –Validity — each pack has a validity window starting on the activation timestamp. Current validity windows are listed on /pricing.
- –If a pack doesn't activate within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, refresh the page and check the “Active” badge on /pricing. If it still doesn't reflect, see “Failed delivery” below.
Expert Session (Tier 3) — scheduling & delivery
- –Scheduling — after purchase, you'll receive a booking link by email within 2 business hours. You pick a time that works for both you and the counsellor.
- –Session delivery — sessions are conducted over a video call link provided in the booking confirmation. We recommend joining 5 minutes before the start time.
- –Action plan & recording — within 48 hours of the session end, you'll receive a written action plan and a recording (when consent was given at booking).
Failed delivery
If you don't see your pack activated, your booking link arrives, or your action plan within the windows above, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID. We respond within 24 business hours. If we can't resolve the delivery failure, the payment is refunded in full per the Refund policy.
No regional restrictions
Gyan.One is available wherever the public internet reaches gyan.one. Some payment methods (UPI, Indian credit/debit cards) are configured for Indian residents; international payments can be enabled on request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
